Blast Resistant Steel
& Aluminum Doors
Recognizing the varying needs for blast protection, Armortex® offers numerous blast door options. This would include pre-engineered blast resistant door designs as well as custom engineered blast doors to meet unique needs. These blast doors are available in steel and aluminum.
Steel blast doors are available in two pre-engineered models up to 10 psi as well as custom engineered blast resistant doors up to 20 psi. These steel blast doors can also include bullet and shrapnel protection as well. Blast door applications may vary from UFC requirements to long duration incidents such as vapor cloud blasts that could be experienced in the petro chem. Industry. View windows are available in most designs with some size limitations.
Aluminum blast resistant doors are available in storefront designs up to 10 psi and can include bullet resistant and shrapnel protection as well.
